TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
1.1 By purchasing Vedanta Trading Ltd training in any form, including but not limited to seminars, webinars, mentoring or newsletter, the client signifies that the following terms and conditions have been accepted. Your use of the Vedanta Trading Ltd resources and products indicate your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms then please do not proceed with training through Vedanta Trading Ltd. These terms can be modified by Vedanta Trading Ltd at any time without notice.
1.2 All information that is provided by Vedanta Trading Ltd is for educational purposes only. You must use a regulated financial adviser or stockbroker should you wish to make investments. Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives are not stockbrokers, financial or investment advisors and do not recommend any stocks, bonds, options, CFD’s, currencies or any securities of any kind. Any financial securities that are mentioned throughout the course of training and/or website/other products are cited only for illustrative and educational purposes.
1.3 We may at times provide links to other websites, companies and services. We are in no way responsible for the content of these sites and they are provided for your information only. Please refer to their websites or companies specific terms and conditions.
1.4 You hereby acknowledge that you take sole responsibility for the trades that you place and that Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives have not represented to you in any manner whatsoever that the training that they provide is a get rich quick scheme.
1.5 None of Vedanta Trading Ltd associates, employees and representatives are brokers, investment or financial advisers. Any decision to invest in any financial or investment product is your personal decision. You agree to hold Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives harmless for your activities. Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives have not promised that you will earn a profit. Investing in the currency market is risky and the value of investments may go either way, up or down.
1.6 Vedanta Trading Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales and is registered under company number 07244936. Vedanta Trading Ltd operates under the trading name ‘Master the Markets’
2. Price and Payment
2.1 You have 12 months from the date of this agreement to book and complete your training/training package UNLESS you take a “lifetime” Package in which case you are not bound by this condition . You will not be entitled to any refund of your tuition fees if you fail to book and/or complete your training/training package within these periods unless in exceptional circumstances, the specific reasons for which are to be approved by Vedanta Trading Ltd.
2.2 If you fail to attend a coaching session and have not cancelled a minimum of 72 hours in advance these sessions are forfeited.
2.3 If we do not receive the tuition fees in full at least 24 hours prior to your start day, unless agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your entry.
2.4 You hereby acknowledge and agree to pay the full amount of the course on the date of this agreement unless you cancel within 7 working days upon which a full refund will be given. We accept payment in cash, by credit or debit card or direct bank transfer. You hereby authorise us to debit the payment of your tuition fees at the relevant time from any credit or debit card detailed on your booking form.
2.5 Interest on overdue tuition fees shall accrue from the date the payment becomes due on a day-by-day basis until the date of payment at a rate of 4% above Barclays Bank Plc base rate.
2.6 Payment plans to pay the full amount of the course should consist of a maximum of three payments with an initial refundable payment of at least £1200 (within 7 days).
2.7 At the discretion of Vedanta Trading Ltd, the Client may pay in instalments however, if only half of the agreed fee has been collected, Vedanta Trading Ltd reserves the right to hold part of the agreed services back until such time where full payment has been made by the Client.
3. Dates and venues
3.1 We reserve the right to alter dates, times and venues or our event if it is necessary to do so due to unavoidable circumstances. We further reserve the right to modify the structure and content of the events in our discretion without liability to you.
3.2 We reserve the right at our discretion to exclude any student from any event (or any part thereof) for any reason we deem appropriate. Refunds of or credits for tuition tees in such circumstances will be reviewed on case-by-case basis.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 You acknowledge that you will keep all information learnt and materials obtained about Vedanta Trading Ltd strictly confidential and will not disclose such confidential information to third parties.
4.2 This clause 4 shall not apply in relation to information that (save by breach of any duty of confidence) is in the public domain or is required to be disclosed by order of a court.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Vedanta Trading Ltd shall have sole legal title and beneficial ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the materials or recordings in the provision of any of its services.
5.2 All material, logos & content are the property of Vedanta Trading Ltd and cannot be used for any other purposes without explicit written permission from Vedanta Trading Ltd. You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish or otherwise disseminate in whatsoever form or media any of the training materials or information that you will receive in or related to the training, without the prior written consent of Vedanta Trading Ltd.
5.3 If you breach clause 5 of these terms of use, your right to use Vedanta Trading Ltd will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
6. Liability
6.1 Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives shall have no liability if they are prevented from or delayed in performing their obligations by acts, events or omissions beyond their control including without limitation strikes, failure of transport network, national emergency, war, terrorism, act of god, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or regulation, fire, flood, storm or default of contractors. If Vedanta Trading Ltd is prevented from performing its obligations under this agreement for a period of 90 days or more Vedanta Trading Ltd shall on request by the client in writing refund any tuition fees paid.
6.2 Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage which could not be reasonably foreseen to be the result of negligence or breach of these terms by Vedanta Trading Ltd, its associates, employees and representatives including by way of example any business loss or damage such as loss of profits or anticipated savings.
6.3 Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives exclude all liability except in cases of gross negligence, recklessness or fraud on the part of Vedanta Trading Ltd and its associates, employees and representatives.
7. Warranties and Acknowledgements
Vedanta Trading Ltd shall not be liable for any warranties or fraudulent representations unless they are set out in this agreement. This agreement contains the mutual understanding between you and us, and may not be modified unless in writing and signed by you and a director of Vedanta Trading Ltd.
8. Release for Recordings
8.1 During the events, recordings may be made by Vedanta Trading Ltd or its associates and representatives (“Recordings”). You may be included in the Recordings. You will not be given any payment for your inclusion in the Recordings.
8.2 You shall have no claim, right or interest to any of the recordings which Vedanta Trading Ltd may use in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in promotional materials.
8.3 You may not make any recordings during the event without our prior written permission.
